Horrible experience

I ordered Vaptio Beco Max disposable on Dec. 3, 2021 and I never got it. I tried calling for help and no one picked up. Also, I tried emailing the support team to cancel my order and requested for a full refund. It is now February 4th and I still have not received my full refund of $39.99 back. I am still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable.
