Shareasale is common throughout the Internet and offers website owners an additional way to profit from their websites. Affiliates generate traffic and sales for commercial websites and in return receive commission payments.

What are Affiliates?

"Affiliate" means an individual or business generating their own traffic and thus rewarded for legitimate sales, leads, clicks, or other measurable action. Affiliates use Shareasale.com to facilitate relationships with Merchants as well as gain tracking, reporting, and receipt of commission payment. 

What is Shareasale?

ShareASale has been in business for 16 years, exclusively as an Affiliate Marketing Network. It is designed for you to make a commission from sales that you direct to our website.  The premise is simple.  You would place a graphic/textlink on your website that would be a direct link to ours.  The link would contain source code that would have your affiliate code attached to it identifying you as the source of the visitor.  You would then make a 7% commission on these sales generated from your link.

We will need to review your website for content that meets our standards in order for you to be approved.  After we receive the request we will review your site and either accept or deny the request (You will receive an email with information).  Once accepted your account will be made active as an affiliate and you are ready to go. What are your standards for my website?

 Because electronic cigarettes are a new industry we are trying to maintain a neutral tone with our claims.  As such we require that our affiliates not make claims that we would consider to be controversial regarding electronic cigarettes.

1. You cannot have claims like “Stop Smoking Now”, or in any way claim that electronic cigarettes are an aid in smoking cessation.  It can only be advertised as a smoking alternative.
2. You cannot make any health claims in relation to electronic cigarettes.  However you can claim that they contain less chemicals than cigarettes.  This is a known fact.
3. You cannot make claims like, “Smoke Everywhere”.  While it is accepted in many establishments there are some that do not allow it therefore we do not want that claim made. 

We will look at your website ahead of time to make sure you already follow these rules and will check back from time to time to ensure that you are still in compliance with our rules.

How do I get paid?

• You will be paid your commissions, at such time as your account balance is $50 or more.
• All statistics are collected and calculated by Shareasale.com, and will be the only valid stats used for determining commissions.
• International affiliates (those with addresses outside of the 50 U.S. States) are paid via Direct Deposit where possible.

MadVapes, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to revoke affiliate status at any time if it deems a website to be outside the boundaries of our standards.  We do not give access to any part of our website save your interface when logged into your account.  You cannot manually place orders.  They need to be derived from a click-through from your site. There is no volume discount to customers or affiliates as MadVapes has very competitive prices and wants to continue  giving everyone great deals.
