Returns, Warranty, and Exchanges
Eligibility for refunds, repairs, or exchanges is limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure.  Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to damage, misuse, abuse, or that are modified or repaired by anyone other than Madvapes. Madvapes reserves the right to deny replacement or credit for any returned product for the aforementioned reasons.

For warrantied items, exchange parts will not be sent until the original parts are returned to us and evaluated, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to returning the item.  Return shipping is at the customers’ expense, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipping, for parts returned to Madvapes.  The default warranty period for all products is 14 days unless otherwise specified in the product description. You are responsible for testing all products upon receipt.

For products that are functional, not sold by Madvapes, determined to be out of warranty, or damaged by misuse, you will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.  You understand that you will forfeit any of these items if you are not willing to cover the cost of return shipping.

We do not accept returns on non-defective items, excluding incorrect items shipped.  There will be no refunds issued once an order has shipped.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  All sales are final.

You can request an RMA through your online account, call us at (704) 624-8551 if you feel you have a defective product.  Instructions will be provided after an RMA request is initiated, and you will be issued an RMA number. Products returned to us without an RMA number will not be processed. Products that are not defective will be returned to you.

Fulfillment Errors
Requests to correct fulfillment errors that are made by Madvapes resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order. Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 14 days from the date you have received your order.  Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
